Nino Salvaggio is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager for our Bloomfield Twp location to lead daily bakery operations, oversee production and pastry teams, and ensure quality, service, and cost controls. You will help manage schedules, attendance, and inventory while delivering excellent customer experience.
The role requires at least six months bakery experience and previous management exposure; high school diploma or GED is required. Nights and weekends availability is needed.
