The Store Flex Support position provides excellent retail Customer Service to all Customers and Team Members. They will be trained on all departmental counters, Drive Up & Delivery, cashier functions, stocking and light production (Prepared Produce and Prepared Foods), receiving, and delivery. In addition, they will perform projects such as changing light bulbs, back of the house organization and building display pieces.

You have a passion for Plum Market; local organic, all natural and specialty brands.

You model and provide exceptional retail Customer Service to our Customers and Team Members.

You have the experience and knowledge to balance the needs of the Store and to work in all Departments.

You are innovative, have the courage to pursue new ideas, and make suggestions for improvement.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as a detail-oriented and efficient person.

Work in Departments as assigned.

Secondary Receiver for the Store.

Deliver, set-up and review Catering orders with Guest.

Light production such as cut fruit, salad prep, or sandwich station.

Light projects such as power washing, changing light bulbs, back of the house organization, or other projects as assigned.
