Overview
This position is primarily focused on customer service, order entry, and administrative office work. You need to be highly organized and have strong computer and administrative skills.

- Politely greet visitors, ensuring they follow all protocols and assisting them in getting where they need to go.
- Promptly handle incoming phone calls, emails, and all forms of communications.
- File company documents both in paper and electronic formats.
- Maintain office-related supplies, including placing, receiving, and distributing orders.
- Manage all mail functions, including sorting and delivering incoming mail and preparing and sending outgoing mail.
- Prep, review, and data-enter purchase orders to ensure accuracy and prepare for production in a timely manner.
- Process orders in the ERP computer system.
- Perform various data entry tasks that require timely completion and high accuracy.
- Complete other administrative tasks that may be requested.
- Use computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP systems, Adobe, and similar office systems.
- Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in person.
- Attention to detail is crucial; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills.
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized.
- Listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
- Reacts well under pressure; treats others with respect and consideration; accepts responsibility for own actions; follows through on commitments.
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Must be able to physically use various pieces of office equipment.
- Must be able to sit for long periods.
- Must be able to look at computer screens for long periods.
- Must be able to effectively greet, work with, and speak to visitors.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates mainly in the office area. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, and scanners. Employees will also be trained to be proficient with various software packages the company utilizes.

Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full‑time, non‑exempt position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1‑hour lunch break, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as required (which may be during the week or on weekends).
Wage$25.00 to $29.00 per hour by experience, with scaling quarterly bonus opportunity contingent on sales and customer service meeting plan/budget quota.
TravelThere is typically no travel required for this position.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
- Minimum of three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
