Responsibilities- Assist the Program Director in administrative matters and support program management, including calendar coordination and office functions.
- Provide overall administrative support to the staff of CSI's Drapelick Center location, including incoming calls, email responses, faxes, mail handling, and electronic meeting scheduling.
- Set up and maintain the main office and file system, ensuring compliance with agency policy regarding confidential information.
- Computerize and input data for program and client information, and complete reports.
- Assist with scheduling related to staffing, clients, activities, funder requests, and facilities work.
- Participate in the administration, collection, data input, and reporting related to WAI surveys.
- Submit and update electronic documentation into CSI and CSSD data collection systems as required.
- Research and compile information related to pricing of office supplies, printing, posting, and office equipment.
- Maintain an inventory of office and program supplies and order/receive as needed.
- Assist managers with weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and various projects such as proposals, grant requests, and new initiatives.
- Provide coverage of front desk duties.
- Register for and attend all required trainings and refreshers.
- Serve as a role model to clients and staff by modeling pro-social behaviors.
- Maintain a working knowledge of, and abide by, CSI’s programs, policies and procedures.
- Maintain and keep inventory of all keys.
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
- Bachelors Degree plus one year of administrative experience; education may be substituted with one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Windows, and Outlook.
- Two (2) weeks vacation accrued within the first year, increased to three (3) weeks after 1 year of service.
- Seven (7) days sick time, four days floating holiday per year.
