Civil Foreman Telecommunications

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with proven attention-to-detail and a pride in quality and workmanship.

Position will require 50% travel throughout New England.

• Oversee and coordinate construction projects related to Cell Tower/Telecom New Site Builds & Rawland Construction with expertise in Tower Foundations, forms & rebar, retaining walls, clearing and grading.
• Have past experience with setting generators, general trenching, concrete installs & decoms, Electric Vehicle Charging stations and general landscaping.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of civil laborers.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to the project timeline.
• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
• Perform hands‑on civil construction on EV, cellular & general construction sites, including all stages of Electric Vehicle Charging station construction, Cell tower/Telecom raw lands & existing, Generators, General Trenching, Concrete installs & decoms, and general landscaping.
• Successfully layout a site & complete all aspects of the civil installation, including trenching & concrete scopes.
• Tie and place rebar cages per specifications & install equipment. Saw cut & pave.

• Ability to work independently under limited supervision while supervising 1‑2 co‑workers.
• Good organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
• Responsible for the company‑provided vehicle, trailer, tools, equipment and supplies.
• Must comply with and enforce company and industry safety standards at all times.
• Proven ability to operate excavation equipment.

• Able to pass pre‑employment physical and drug screening, and criminal background check.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Successfully complete DOT/Medical exam.
• Have a Class A license.
• Reliable transportation.
