An established Connecticut contractor specializing in demolition, structural modifications, selective demolition, and commercial carpentry is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple projects.

• Provide overall field leadership for multiple demolition and structural carpentry projects throughout Connecticut.
• Mentor and support Superintendents while ensuring projects remain on schedule, on budget, and safely executed.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and self-perform crews across several active jobs.
• Partner with Project Managers to develop construction strategies and sequencing plans.
• Lead project planning meetings and proactively resolve field challenges.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control, production goals, and company safety standards are consistently achieved.
• Travel between active projects to support field teams and maintain operational excellence.

• 10+ years of construction field leadership experience.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent.
• Strong background in demolition, structural carpentry, commercial renovations, or self-perform construction.
• Experience managing multiple active projects and supervising field leadership teams.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• OSHA certification preferred.
