Tennis Shop Attendant

Tumble Brook Country Club is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Tennis Shop Attendant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hospitality-focused environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist members and guests at the tennis courts with a warm, professional demeanor.

* Manage court reservations, equipment rentals, and accurately process fees.

* Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information regarding tennis programs and services.

* Enforce club rules and ensure proper use of facilities and equipment.

* Conduct daily inspections of courts and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.

* Support the maintenance team in keeping courts in top playing condition.

* Represent the club positively at local and regional tennis events when possible.

* Maintain a clean and organized tennis shop environment.

* Promote a culture of safety and service excellence.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in tennis operations, and customer service preferred.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

* Frequently stands, walks, uses hands; talks and hears, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances; stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Occasionally sits. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
