* Join the Product Management team where you will help deliver innovative gene therapy solutions that improve client and patient experiences. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support program enhancements, manage implementation activities, and help ensure operational excellence across utilization management, case management, and claims-related processes.

** Responsibilities*
* + Coordinate utilization management, case management, and claims-related activities supporting gene therapy programs.

+ Partner with enterprise teams to onboard new clients and implement client-specific workflows and requirements.

+ Manage designated projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

+ Document and maintain workflows, operating procedures, and program materials.

+ Collaborate with leaders across departments to support enhancements, implementations, and operational improvements.

+ Develop and deliver training materials for teams supporting the program.

+ Build client-facing skills and support customer activities under the guidance of product leadership.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and customer outcomes.

** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

+ Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.

+ High level of motivation, independence, organization, and attention to detail.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Working understanding of utilization management processes.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across multiple teams.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Understanding of medical or pharmacy claims processing.

+ Experience supporting healthcare programs, product operations, or implementations.

+ Experience working with cross-functional healthcare teams and client onboarding activities.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 64, USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
