You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based Outpatient Geriatric care. Role : 100% geriatric outpatient primary care and consultative services Location :
Bloomfield, CT (Seabury) and a nearby Session space Schedule :
Full-time, weekdays only (part-time and flexible schedule options available) Teaching:
