Innodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services/Technician – Electronics to join our FAA/EASA/UK-certified repair facility specializing in aircraft electrical and electronic components for business and regional aircraft.

This hybrid role combines hands-on electronic troubleshooting and repair responsibilities with customer service and repair coordination functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of aircraft electrical and electronic systems while also demonstrating excellent communication, organizational, and customer support skills. This individual will serve as both a repair technician and a liaison between customers and the repair team to ensure accurate quoting, timely communication, and exceptional service delivery.

Job Functions
  • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of aircraft electrical and electronic components, including cockpit control panels, junction boxes, and wiring harnesses.
  • Apply a strong understanding of electronics theory, including AC/DC circuits, transistor and diode theory, logic circuits, relays, toggle switches, and push-button switches.
  • Read and interpret test procedures, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals to efficiently diagnose and repair component defects.
  • Utilize electronic repair tools and test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, crimping tools, soldering equipment, and wire strippers.
  • Review incoming customer requests for electrical and electronic repairs and coordinate technical evaluations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely repair quotes based on troubleshooting results, labor estimates, and parts requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication regarding repair status, timelines, and costs.
  • Provide professional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, repairs, communications, and service histories for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in aviation electrical/electronics repair (avionics, wiring systems, components) preferred.
  • Experience preparing repair quotes, estimates, or work orders.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing aircraft electrical or avionics components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting, repair processes, and component-level diagnostics.
