Contractor Work Model:
Onsite – onsite
- Perform all steps of the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to ensure quality standards are met during production
- Utilize PFMEA and MSA tools to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential process and product issues
- Maintain standard working knowledge of IATF requirements to ensure compliance
- Apply metrology skills for precise measurement and quality assessment tasks
- Balance responsibilities between supplier quality and production quality, with experience in both areas
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive-related quality positions
- Proven experience with all steps of PPAP
- Experience with PFMEA and MSA
- Working knowledge of IATF standards
- Understanding of metrology techniques and skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required, preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Nice to Have: ASQ CQE certification and auditing experience
