Job Description
Our client is interested in hiring a Sr. Network Engineer who can use CISCO, Security, and Cisco ASA.

Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written & presentation.
- 5-8 years Network Experience with Cisco Stack.
- 5 years’ Experience in Network Security (IPS, IDS).
- 5 years’ Firewall Experience with Juniper or Cisco ASA.
- Engineering experience providing level‑3 support and documenting Network Security tool‑sets.
The primary responsibilities will include supporting the build and design of the international data centers. This will include all necessary security tool‑sets and engineering to ensure their proper configuration and design. Documentation is essential for turnover to Support and Operations teams. There may be after‑hour work, weekends, and/or non‑standard hours dependent upon the location of the candidate.
Skill sets include:
Analytical Network Engineering, in‑depth understanding of enterprise networks, Professional Microsoft Visio skills, IDS/IPS (NGIPS) Architecture / Engineering / Support, Cisco Preferred, Firewall (NGFW) Architecture / Engineering / Support (Cisco Preferred), Juniper Preferred, Load Balancer Architecture / Engineering / Support (F5 Preferred), Web Application Firewall Technology (F5 Preferred), SIEM Technology Utilization, Health Monitoring Technology Utilization, Web Content Control Technology Engineering.
Education:
BA Degree or Military Service Recommended;
At least 6-8 years’ experience in Network Technology/Services and at least 5-year experience in Security Technology/Services.
Preferred certifications in Firewall Technology, IPS Technology, WAF Technology, and/or Security Certifications.
