ABB in Bloomfield, CT is launching the R&D Early Career Program (US) 2026 Cohort. This onsite program rotates across ABB Electrification R&D teams to develop and test new engineering solutions.
Participants receive formal training to build technical, functional and leadership skills and to deliver assigned projects within the rotation period. Relocation support is provided and you must be enrolled in a bachelor’s engineering program and graduate by June 2026, with US work authorization.
