CREC's Birken Campus in Bloomfield, CT seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead development, training, and monitoring of individualized behavioral programs for students, with emphasis on autism and related disabilities.
You will collaborate with clinicians and teachers, apply evidence-based ABA, design objectives, monitor progress with data collection, train RBTs, and ensure program fidelity. CT licensure and BCBA certification are required; travel to sites may be involved.
