You will support hourly and salaried staff, oversee benefits and recruitment processes, and assist with employee relations. The role requires factory-based experience and the ability to back up the HR Manager in their absence.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in HR within a manufacturing or related environment. Labor relations experience is strongly preferred.
