Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

AI & Application Development

* Develop AI enabled application features and services using modern programming practices.

* Implement intelligent workflows that process structured and unstructured data.

* Build reusable, modular components that can be scaled across multiple use cases.

Generative AI Implementation

* Develop applications that leverage large language models and other generative techniques.

* Implement retrieval based approaches to improve response accuracy and relevance.

* Design prompt templates and contextual handling mechanisms to improve AI output quality.

System Integration

* Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems using APIs and service based architectures.

* Work with multiple data sources, including documents, databases, and knowledge repositories.

* Ensure AI services are secure, reliable, and performant.

Quality, Optimization & Reliability

* Continuously improve AI output quality through tuning, evaluation, and testing.

* Optimize latency, throughput, and operational cost of AI features.

* Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling to support production stability.

Collaboration & Delivery

* Work closely with architects, data engineers, product owners, and UX teams.

* Contribute to proof of concepts and help evolve them into scalable solutions.

* Stay current with advancements in AI and apply relevant innovations responsibly.

Required Technical Skills

Programming & Engineering

* Strong hands on experience with Python or equivalent programming languages.

* Solid understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, and microservices.

* Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

AI & Machine Learning

* Practical experience developing AI or machine learning-based solutions.

* Understanding of generative AI concepts, embeddings, semantic search, and contextual retrieval.

* Familiarity with model inference, prompt design, and output evaluation.

Data Handling

* Experience working with structured and unstructured data.

* Knowledge of data preprocessing, transformation, and text handling techniques.

Cloud & Dev Ops (Preferred)

* Exposure to cloud based application development.

* Basic understanding of deployment pipelines, containers, and runtime m onitoring.

Experience & Qualifications

* 5-12 years of overall software development experience (flexible based on capability).

* Demonstrated experience delivering AI enabled features in real world applications.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

Salary Range $120000-$150000 year
