Digital Marketing Intern - UNITEC

The Digital Marketing Intern will support digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and website performance. This role offers hands on experience with Hub Spot, Adobe Commerce (Magento), website content management, email marketing, social media, analytics, and digital campaign execution.

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and update website content within Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Support Hub Spot marketing activities, including email campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing, and CRM management.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics.
• Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization efforts.
• Help create content for email marketing, social media, blogs, and website promotions.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Analyze marketing data and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Product teams to support business objectives.
• Assist with testing website enhancements and customer journey improvements.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, information technology, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Adobe Commerce/Magento, or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and analytical thinking.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

The hourly range for this role is $20/hr to $23/hr we may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
