our client is currently seeking a qualified warehouse build technician to join their team onsite in bloomfield, ct. This is a contract position that is slated to go 1-year.

this role will support a hardware refresh project and our client will be receiving all the old machines back to this location. This technician will assist with the asset return shipping process. The ideal candidate must be able to work unsupervised, be well organized and be flexible.

duties and responsibilities
  • supporting builds
  • assisting with shipping of outgoing materials (for asset returns)
  • creating shipping / return shipping labels and inputting this data into the collection ticket
  • will be responsible to stage boxes and move to area for carrier pickup
  • responsible for taking packages to carrier drop off and getting them to the right area for distribution
  • assisting with disposal / recycling of returned boxes
  • assisting with the coordination of e‑waste disposals / pickups
  • monitoring of inventory levels (shipping supplies)
  • assisting with maintaining a clean and safe working environment
wage range

the rate for this position is between $17.25 - $23.00 per hour
, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
