- Clerical As the Inventory & Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory and providing parts while providing exceptional customer service.
- Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.
- Pick parts, pack, and ship orders as required.
- Take inventory, maintain records of goods received, and keep perpetual inventory controls.
- Process parts warranties and returns as necessary.
- Report to Logistics Coordinator to ensure Daily tasks are fulfilled as assigned.
- Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the counter, work area, and stockroom.
- Interact with the Service Team to coordinate parts for repair and service.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous parts experience
- Understand basic components and systems
- Radio/Telecommunications service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent organizational skills and initiative
- Strong foundation and understanding of technology
- Strong and proven background providing excellent customer service
- Good interpersonal skills as communication will be required
- Ability to follow a detailed process
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Products

WORKING CONDITIONS- Ability to work business hours of Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm.
- Capability of lifting packages or equipment up to 50 lbs.
Certifications:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- OSHA 10 Certification (Preferred)
- Forklift Operator Certification (Preferred)
