Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager that will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, mitigates risks, and maintains strong communication across all project stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes using approved methodologies.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies across teams.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure projects stay within approved budgets.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet defined standards.
- Facilitate post-project evaluations and develop best practices for continuous improvement.
- Support team collaboration, motivation, and accountability to ensure project success.
- 3–7 years of experience managing projects in Construction.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering successful outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field experience.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Capable of using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the competition of work orders.
- Must possess basic mechanical skills
- Successful work experience in minor repair work such as carpentry and painting
- Experience in implementing a cleaning plan for a facility including sweeping, dusting, washing and waxing
- Must have general knowledge of janitorial applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, One Note)
