Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Onsite Manager to oversee daily staffing operations at our Bloomfield, CT location. This role is responsible for managing on-site staff, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational compliance, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with staffing industry experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about developing teams and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities (Onsite Distribution Center Focus)
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact between the client, workforce, and internal support teams
  • Oversee daily on-site operations within the distribution center to ensure productivity, attendance, and service level expectations are met
  • Manage on-site workforce scheduling, headcount, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll submission for all on-site employees
  • Monitor employee performance and address coaching, corrective actions, and escalations as needed
  • Conduct daily check-ins, shift start meetings, and ongoing employee communication
  • Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and job readiness specific to the DC environment
  • Enforce client policies, company standards, and safety procedures on-site
  • Perform regular floor walks to monitor work conditions, productivity, and safety compliance
  • Partner with Safety and HR teams to report incidents, manage modified duty assignments, and support investigations
  • Address employee concerns promptly and professionally to maintain morale and retention
  • Track and report key on-site metrics such as attendance, turnover, and performance trends
  • Maintain accurate employee records and on-site documentation
  • Support client requests related to staffing levels, schedule changes, and operational needs
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve on-site operations
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of staffing industry management experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and staffing-related software
