Pay Range: $20.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
- $20.00–$25.00/hour – Apprentice or entry‑level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- $28.00–$35.00/hour – Experienced candidates with 3+ years of Surface and O.D. Grinding experience
Full-Time, 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:15 PM)

This position offers extensive hands‑on training, mentorship from highly skilled employees with decades of industry experience, and a clear path for career growth. You will work closely with experienced team members to learn our specialized processes and develop valuable skills in precision manufacturing.
Primary Responsibilities- Set up and operate manual Surface Grinders and O.D. Grinders
- Perform precision grinding operations to customer specifications
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Maintain quality standards and production requirements
- Support operations within both the Surface Grinding and Roll Grinding departments
- Follow all company quality, safety, and PPE requirements
- Work overtime as needed
Experienced Candidates
- 3+ years of experience in precision grinding or related manufacturing environments
- Experience with:
- Surface Grinding
- O.D. Grinding
- Lapping
- Visual Grinding
- Setup and inspection experience strongly preferred
- No grinding experience required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing, automotive, maintenance, military, technical school, or hands‑on mechanical experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read measuring instruments and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment background review
