• Trim cannabis buds by hand to meet quality standards
• Remove unwanted leaves and stems while preserving the integrity of the product
• Inspect cannabis flower for quality and report any defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures related to cannabis handling
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets without compromising quality

• Previous experience in cannabis trimming or a similar horticultural role preferred but not required
• Ability to work with attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Familiarity with cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with state licensing requirements
• Physical stamina to sit or stand for extended periods
• Hand trim cannabis buds to specified standards
• Sort and organize trimmed product for packaging or further processing
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of trimming tools and workspace
