Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Bloomfield, CT
Pay Range: $18.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Shift: 4am to 4pm - 4/3 rotating schedule;
OR
3rd Shift: 4pm to 4am - 3/2 rotating schedule
What's the Job?
- Perform basic operations across different work areas with rotating responsibilities
- Inspect products continuously to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment following GMPs and GHPs
- Communicate effectively with team members and shift leaders to ensure smooth operations
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food-related or manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including overtime and weekends
