We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Bloomfield, CT. This is an opportunity to join a highly reputable practice, comprising ~50 providers across 19 office locations, that has been providing care to patients across the Hartford area for 20+ years.
Scope of Practice Full Scope Clinical Variety:Full scope of chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders) and acute primary care needs for adult and geriatric patients (ages 18+).Manageable Work Load:
Focused heavily on quality, we allow for a highly manageable patient volume to emphasize building patient relationships and providing quality care.
- Schedule Stability:
Enjoy a consistent full-time schedule including 4-5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with no evenings or weekends required. - Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications
- 1+ years of primary care experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- State licensure and board certification is required
