Sanford Health is seeking a Long Term Care RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents during 12-hour night shifts. Work includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans, in collaboration with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires a nursing degree from an accredited program and an active RN license. Shift differential and sign-on bonus are available; 40 hours weekly with rotating weekends and holidays.
