The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for the weekly care and maintenance of both our residential and commercial accounts.

• Completion of all contracted work on each property visited during the week.
• Understanding of lawn maintenance process to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Effectively troubleshoot any problems that might arise in the field.
• Focus on attention to detail.
• Able to drive truck and trailer.
• Operate mowers, weed whackers, and blowers efficiently over the course of the entire workday.

• Experience operating the following equipment:
  Zero-turn mower, hydraulic or belt walk-behind mower, push mower, weed whacker, backpack blower, various hand tools.
• Knowledge of professional standards for lawn maintenance on both higher-end commercial accounts and residential properties.
• Ability to sustain energy level throughout the entirety of the workday.
• Capacity for independent and cooperative work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.

• Extensive knowledge and 3-5 years of experience on a weekly lawn maintenance crew.
• Snow removal experience is preferred for winter work.
