Position Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will cultivate new and existing client relationships and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies within assigned geographic areas. This position works closely with our broader sales team to communicate goals, share market insights, and support ongoing growth initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Present and promote our auction solutions to equipment owners and businesses
  • Guide clients through the process of turning surplus equipment into revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and industry partners
  • Monitor market activity and competitors to help shape local marketing efforts
  • Participate in attracting and onboarding additional sales team members
  • Consistently meet or exceed territory sales targets
  • Maintain regular communication with accounts through in-person visits, phone calls, and email
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license; this is a travel-heavy role
  • 2–5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales or rental
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales territory
  • Strong record of networking and closing sales, ideally within the region
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Competitive mindset and results-driven attitude
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
