Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry for visitors and/or vendors, and report suspicious activity or unsecured areas;
Support loss prevention and inventory protection by observing shipping and receiving activity and reporting irregular movements;
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to site contacts as needed
