Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter;
Monitor access points and observe shipping, receiving, and warehouse activity for unusual conditions or unauthorized access;
Complete required reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
