* Position will require 50% travel throughout New England.
Responsibilities:
The foreman oversees and coordinates construction projects related to Cell Tower/Telecom New Site Builds & Rawland Construction with expertise in Tower Foundations, forms & rebar, retaining walls, clearing and grading. The Foreman will also have past experience with setting generators, general trenching, concrete installs & decoms, Electric Vehicle Charging stations and general landscaping. The Foreman will ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of civil laborers
- Assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed according to the project timeline.
- Monitoring work quality to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
- Perform hands-on civil construction on EV, cellular & General construction sites. Responsible for all stages of civil construction of Electric Vehicle Charging stations, Cell tower/Telecom raw lands & existing, Generators, General Trenching, Concrete installs & decoms along with general landscaping.
- Ability to successfully layout a site & complete all aspects of the civil installation, including trenching & concrete scopes.
- Ability to tie and place rebar cages per specifications & install equipment. Ability to saw cut & pave.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision while supervising 1-2 co-workers.
- Good organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
- Responsible for the company-provided vehicle, trailer, tools, equipment and supplies.
- Must comply with and enforce company and industry safety standards at all times.
- Proven ability to operate excavation equipment.
- Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening, and criminal background check.
- Acceptable driving record
- Successfully complete DOT/Medical exam
- Have a Class A license
