We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technician and experienced Service Technicians in Bloomfield, CT. Pay begins at $28 per hour for Lead Techs, $25 per hour for Service Technicians, based on experience and with a basic operating environment (BOE). Sign‑on bonus up to $1,500.

Under the direction of the crew foreman, Commercial Roofers install, maintain and repair all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO and PVC.

• Commercial roofing experience preferred; we will train the right candidates
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly and 50+ lbs. occasionally
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to bend, kneel and climb ladders
• Follow job instructions, safety guidelines and maintain professionalism
• Reliable transportation to job sites or warehouse
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature
• Physical effort: extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders, frequent lifting
• Mostly local travel within 1 hour
