HVAC Facilities Technician III

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC expertise to join our team. This position will perform maintenance and repair on all heating and cooling systems in the Seabury buildings, and as needed perform other facility repair duties. The technician works with facilities management staff to perform larger projects as required and must have in‑depth knowledge of facility maintenance needs.

Full‑Time: 40 hrs/wk;
Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

• High school graduate or equivalent with 10+ years experience in building trades fields.
