SYNERGY Home Care -  - Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records in line with state and accreditation standards, support background checks and employment verifications;
Document all interactions accurately within internal systems, organized digital records and perform data entry using cloud-based systems;
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling and service delivery
