Aboutthe Position of Assistant Manager
As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards; schedule mechanics/technicians’ work; manage outside orders; ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; and maintain the safety of team members.
About the Position of Service ManagerThe Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair and maintenance work, and drive sales initiatives. They communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information on required repairs, and strive to meet customer expectations.
