Seeking an Associate Pastor to become the Senior Pastor of a non‑denominational (formerly Baptist) church in a suburban northeastern part of New Jersey (Essex County) after a relatively short apprenticeship.
Average Current Worship Attendance: 130-180
Here are our hoped-for criteria:- Possessing a shepherd’s heart and a desire to serve, we would like our next pastor to connect and work with a wide variety of age groups and possess the warmth and flexibility to empower others as leaders and as siblings in Christ.
