• Plan age-appropriate lessons and implement developmentally appropriate practices in classroom
• Update Tadpoles Parent Communication App
• Execute planned lessons and follow daily classroom structure/schedule
• Keep a clean, organized classroom
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a lead teacher in a childcare setting
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA) or equivalent
• Ability to commit to an 8:00-5:00 pm schedule or an 8:30-5:30 pm schedule with an hour break
