Your mission

Transform complex concepts into practical skills. Model professional habits. Elevate safety. And help students gain the confidence to troubleshoot refrigeration and HVAC systems with precision.

How you’ll lead Design a welcoming, inclusive learning space that sparks curiosity and accountability.

Run hands-on labs that mirror real-world diagnostics, maintenance, and  curriculum updates to match evolving tools and technologies.

Mentor project teams, guiding analysis and innovation.

Set a gold standard for shop safety and best practices.

What you bring

High school diploma or GED.At least 4 years of practical, recent experience within the last 10 years (refrigeration, commercial, residential, mini splits, boilers, etc.).EPA 608/Universal certification is highly valued.

Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.

Rewards and stability

Pay: $36–$40 per hour with opportunity for OT.

Schedule:
