A Day in the Life Create an engaging, supportive classroom where every student can thrive while you share practical HVACR knowledge.

Demonstrate hands-on techniques for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems, then supervise practice so skills stick.

Collaborate with our academic team to refine current courses and build new content aligned with evolving industry standards.

Coach students through projects, encouraging problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity.

Model and enforce rigorous safety protocols so everyone learns and works with confidence.

What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED.At least 4 years of field experience (refrigeration, commercial HVAC, residential HVAC, mini splits, boilers, etc.).EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10–30 are highly valued.

Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to connect with diverse learners and colleagues.

Patience and a coaching mindset—every student’s pace is different.

No teaching background? We’ll train you to teach—your trade expertise is the foundation.

Compensation & Perks $35 - $3 per hour $10,000 sign-on bonus
