Embedded Software Engineer – Surveillance & Formation Systems

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to lead system-level engineering efforts for advanced surveillance and formation positioning systems used in defense platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in military avionics, surveillance systems, certification processes, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and manage system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development and integration of surveillance and formation positioning systems.
- Collaborate with customers, regulatory agencies, and certification authorities to ensure compliance.
- Ensure system safety, reliability, and adherence to applicable certification standards.
- Provide technical leadership for system-level engineering activities across multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with surveillance systems, preferably TCAS.
- Strong background in military avionics.
- Experience with DO-178C and system-level certification processes.
- Demonstrated experience in systems engineering and requirements management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
