Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled BY WMS Technical Specialist with strong experience in Blue Yonder (BY) Warehouse Management System (WMS) application development, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical expertise in BY WMS and support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of warehouse management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the technical configuration, development, and maintenance of BY WMS modules.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions across IT and operations teams.
Manage integration processes, interface failures, and data validation workflows.
Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating interface data flows.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration artifacts.
Assist with deployment activities and ensure smooth migrations across environments.
Collaborate with functional and operational teams to align system functionality with business requirements.

6–8+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY) WMS.
Strong expertise in BY WMS configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
Experience with BY Integrator, including inbound and outbound integrations.
Strong SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
Experience with Jasper Reports, Zebra Label configuration, and WMS data migration.

Required Qualifications:

6–8+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS.
Strong technical proficiency in BY WMS configuration and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of APIs, interfaces, and WMS data models.
Proficiency in SQL for queries, data validation, and issue analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with Jasper Reports.
Hands-on experience creating and configuring Zebra Labels.
Experience with BY Integrator (inbound and outbound interfaces).
Experience migrating data from legacy WMS platforms to BY WMS.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting large warehouse or distribution center operations.
Familiarity with application and performance monitoring tools.
Experience with BY WMS implementation, upgrades, or enhancement projects.
