This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bloomfield, NJ, for a Heat Press Operator in Textile Printing Production. The Heat Press Operator will prepare materials for production, operate heat press machines, perform quality checks on printed textiles, and troubleshoot any operational issues. The role involves ensuring accurate printing and maintaining the quality of finished products, adhering to tight production schedules.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Troubleshooting for production equipment
- Experience with Quality Control processes to ensure high standards in finished products
- Knowledge of Printing techniques, including heat press operations, and experience with Pre-press preparation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic understanding of textile materials and their handling is a plus
- Prior experience in a textile or printing production setting is preferred
- Experience with dye-sublimation printing, heat transfer, or textile printing
- Experience operating calendar rotary presses or similar large-format production machinery
- Experience in fabric production, signage, garment printing, or industrial printing environments
- High School Diploma or GED
- Stable, full-time opportunity with a growing company
- Monday–Friday schedule — no overnight shifts
- On-the-job training with experienced operators
