Marketing Manager

In 2023, Arlington Scale began and completed Phase 1 of a website and marketing overhaul in collaboration with multiple marketing and development partners. Arlington Scale is now entering a growth and optimization phase and is seeking a solution oriented, trainable technical marketing intern who is eager to learn and contribute across multiple marketing channels. This role is hybrid, with at least one in office day per week required at our Bloomfield, New Jersey office.

• Manage Arlington Scale Company’s (ASC) Google storefront
• Manage Linked In
• Manage ASC website
• Maximize SEO for all posts
• Write and publish articles about operations and products onto ASC website
• Assist with managing and updating the Arlington Scale website
• Assist in improving lead generation performance through content and visibility strategy

• $17.00/hr
• Provided Adobe Suite and/or Canva
• Work laptop provided
• Competence in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Competence in Canva
• Transportation to and back from office
• Flexible schedule with a required dedicated hybrid time
• Strong writing skills (clear, professional, and organized)
