Job Type: Full-time
Job OverviewCare Staff Partners is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to support an SNF/LTC facility in Bloomfield, NM.
ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing care to residents, maintain accurate documentation, and assist physicians and the health team. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff. Perform daily assessments and collaborate to develop care plans.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferred).
- Current licensure/registration as LPN/LVN in the relevant state.
- ACLS and BCLS certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Successfully pass background, medical, skill, and drug tests.
- Pay: $1,194.00
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Medical/Dental/Vision coverage.
- 401(k) plan.
- First day benefits.
