- Respond to clinical referral information with care and expertise, addressing inquiries and requests with a compassionate touch.
- Partner closely with the Clinical Director to assess client eligibility and suitability for our hospice services.
- Coordinate care and serve as a source of comfort and support for patients, ensuring their comfort and quality of life remain paramount.
- Deliver nursing care rooted in proven principles and techniques, helping ease pain and bring solace to those under our care.
- Educate and advocate for patients and families, encouraging active participation in personalized care plans.
- Share call duties, being present when it matters most.
- Hold a current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting (hospice experience a plus).
- Computer proficiency in typing and various programs, including EMR background.
- Current CPR certification if required by state.
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
$41.00 - $46.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range is a general guideline; final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities. The exact rate will be discussed and confirmed at the interview conclusion.
