Bergen Care Home Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for PRN home care across Bergen and Essex Counties. The RN will assess patients, develop and monitor care plans, and coordinate with physicians and families, while supervising LPNs and Home Health Aides.
We require a State Certified RN license, experience in certified home care with OASIS, and willingness to travel. An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required with a Bachelor’s preferred.
