Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Live-In Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care in a client’s home. Candidates must have a strong skilled nursing background and be comfortable assisting with wound care, and providing high-quality personal care.

Responsibilities- Provide compassionate live-in care and supervision.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition.
- Assist with medication reminders and prescribed care plans.
- Perform wound care according to the physician’s orders and agency protocols (required experience).
- Administer daily injections as prescribed (LPNs only).
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
- Communicate effectively with family members, physicians, and the care team.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- Skilled nursing experience required.
- Experience with wound care management.
- Ability to administer daily injections safely and accurately.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care.
- Experience with diabetic care, chronic wound management, and post-surgical recovery.
- Ability to work independently in a home setting.
