Key responsibilities

• Providing service to dispensary customers, including educating consumers on strains, products, and consumption methods
• Handling cash payments and entering transactions into the dispensary POS system
• Accurate cash handling and discount application
• Maintaining the appearance of the retail sales floor
• Continuing cannabis education and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
• Comply with NJ State laws
• Flexibility – ability to cover breaks for greeter and inventory employees

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
• May include standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods of time

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to collaborate and work with others, while also able to work with limited supervision
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies
• Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies
• Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies
