Community Outreach & Retail Guide

Our innovative brand is looking for a Community Outreach & Retail Guide to join our team. We are a wellness brand dedicated to providing high-quality, plant-based products, and we're looking for someone to be the heart of our in-store experience and our wider community.

This unique role goes beyond traditional retail. You'll be a trusted expert for our customers, helping them discover the perfect products for their wellness goals, while also acting as a connector who builds relationships with local businesses and individuals. Your passion for people and wellness will be the key to your success.

• Educate and Guide Customers:
  Greet customers with warmth and expertise. You'll answer their questions, provide personalized recommendations, and create a welcoming, educational environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
• Build Local Partnerships:
  Actively seek out and build relationships with aligned businesses and wellness professionals in our community. You'll look for opportunities to collaborate on events, workshops, and cross-promotional efforts.
• Host Community Events:
  Help plan and execute in-store events that bring people together, from educational sessions to pop-ups with local vendors.
• Maintain Store Excellence:
  Ensure our retail space is always clean, well-stocked, and beautifully presented.
• Provide Feedback:
  Share customer insights and feedback with our team to help us continually improve our products and services.

• A Natural Connector:
  You love meeting new people and have a talent for building authentic, lasting relationships.
• Experience in a Customer-Facing Role:
  You have a proven track record in a retail or hospitality position where you provided expert guidance and excellent service.
• Knowledge of the Wellness Industry: You have a genuine passion for holistic well-being and a solid understanding of how plant-based products can support a healthy lifestyle.
