As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be generating new business and helping prospective customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and uncover insurance needs.
- Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based sales conversations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and activity targets.
- Collaborate with team members to drive agency growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information within agency systems.
- Previous sales experience required.
